your question. A plain-language report and briefing, delivered in person.

DIRECTION
Your program, properly positioned
4-5 weeks
Under $1mil annual revenue: from $12,000 +GST

For organisations refining something that already runs, and wanting it evidence-aligned and well positioned.
What happens: Everything in Orientation, plus a written report on how your program aligns with the evidence
and where it sits in the wider health and service landscape, and a presentation to your team or board.

What happens: Everything in Direction, plus a tailored impact measurement framework so you can show funders and community the difference you make, and light-touch governance advice.

Why two prices?
Every package has two prices, set by your organisation's most recent annual revenue. Under $1 million, it’s the lower price. At $1 million and above, it’s the higher one.
The scope or team doesn't change, just the invoice.
We do this because the organisations closest to the problem are usually the ones with the least room in the budget, and pricing them out of specialist advice is the pattern we exist to interrupt. Larger engagements make the smaller ones possible.
A note on “from”: the price is fixed once we've scoped it. What sets the starting number is travel (particularly to remote areas), the number of sites or locations involved, and how many listening sessions the work needs. We'll tell you the exact figure before you commit to anything.
We listen first
Before we advise, we sit with your team and the people you serve to understand what you do, or want to do. Those conversations drive the work, and they're what make the advice fit your community rather than a template.
It's also why we can't tell you what we'll recommend before we start. If we could, you wouldn't need us.

No. Xstitch Health partners with organisations. We don't provide clinical care to individuals.
If an individual or family in your program needs care, we can help you understand the pathways available to them.

Yes, because this allows genuine engagement including listening sessions, an evidence scan, and a briefing delivered in person. If your question is smaller than that, tell us on the call. We'd rather point you to something free that answers it than delivering more than you need.

Frequently, yes. Evidence review, program design and impact measurement are fundable activities under most program and capacity-building grants. If you're mid-application, the scoped price and timeframe are designed to drop straight into a budget and workplan.

Yes, including very remote areas of Australia. Travel affects the starting price, and this is calculated upfront with full transparency.
